Terms of Service

jyVis tracks how brands appear in AI-generated answers (Generative Engine Optimization) across providers such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, and produces analytics and action plans.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorized to track the brands and websites you add.

jyVis runs on the AI API keys you provide. You are solely responsible for any usage charges billed to you by the AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) for checks run with your keys. You must comply with each provider's terms of use.

jyVis offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro, Agency). Credits meter in-app actions. Where billing is enabled, payments and invoicing are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record; applicable taxes are added at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating laws, infringing third-party rights, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or using it to send spam or malicious content.

The Service, its software, and branding are owned by Jyomer. Your data and projects remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

The Service is provided "as is". AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate or change over time; jyVis reports them but does not guarantee any specific visibility, ranking, or business outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jyomer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any AI provider charges incurred through your keys. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, where Jyomer is established. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Meknès, Morocco, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
